$112,091.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for manufacturing process in injection molding and secondary operations.
• Support and provide training to set up technicians, molding technicians, and manufacturing supervisors.
• Document procedures in manufacturing as related to product development, process validation, and quality system
• Work with Tooling and establish QC fixtures design, manufacturing, and implementation of measurement systems.
• Support QC/QA, assembly and maintenance as needed.
• Install new equipment’s, that improve manufacturing lines and automation jobs.
• Make programs for automation robot EOAT tools for existing and new products.
• Make Program for laser marking machine to barcode products.
• Troubleshooting of all facility equipment’s like, molding machines, 3 axis robots, automation
machines, air compressor’s, water cooling tower, material dryers, material loading systems, material blenders.
• Computer system support, create product label files, network troubleshooting.
• Program vision inspection equipment and implement into production / QA/QC operations.
• Implement Vision inspection equipment in Production May telecommute and be placed at various unanticipated work site locations
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field. 3 years of Manufacturing Engineer or other related occupations.
Required proficiency in:
•Toshiba molding machines programming and trouble shooting.
• Toyo molding machine programming and trouble shooting.
• CVX KEYENCE inspect vision software.
• Marking builder software, WORX station.
• Designing Molding process
• Siemens step7 software skills
• Omron sysmac software skills.
• Allen Bradley RS Logics software skills.
• Documenting/Recording information (update and create mold process books, for existing
and new product, work instructions and operating equipment manuals).
• Designing Molding process and record Evaluation and APQP protocols, develop EOAT programs for automation jobs
• Inventory software: Sage 100
